چکیده
Abstract The aim of device-independent quantum key distribution (DIQKD) is to study protocols that allow the generation a secret shared between two parties under minimal assumptions on devices produce key. These are merely modeled as black boxes and mathematically described conditional probability distributions. A major obstacle in analysis DIQKD huge space possible box behaviors. De Finetti theorems can help overcome this problem by reducing have an iid structure. Here we show new de relate distributions set (convex combinations distributions) themselves set. We also how one these be used enforce some restrictions onto attacker protocol. Finally observe desirable strengthenings restriction, for instance collective attacks only, not straightforwardly possible.

De Finetti Theorems for Easy Quantum Groups
We study sequences of noncommutative random variables which are invariant under “quantum transformations” coming from an orthogonal quantum group satisfying the “easiness” condition axiomatized in our previous paper. For 10 easy quantum groups, we obtain de Finetti type theorems characterizing the joint distribution of any infinite, quantum invariant sequence. In particular, we give a new and u...

متن کاملde Finetti reductions for partially exchangeable probability distributions
We introduce a general framework for de Finetti reduction results, applicable to various notions of partially exchangeable probability distributions. Explicit statements are derived for the cases of exchangeability, Markov exchangeability, and some generalizations of these. Our techniques are combinatorial and rely on the “BEST” theorem, enumerating the Eulerian cycles of a multigraph.
متن کاملOne-and-a-half quantum de Finetti theorems
When n − k systems of an n-partite permutation-invariant state are traced out, the resulting state can be approximated by a convex combination of tensor product states. This is the quantum de Finetti theorem. In this paper, we show that an upper bound on the trace distance of this approximation is given by 2 2 n , where d is the dimension of the individual system, thereby improving previously k...
متن کاملOn Quantum Estimation, Quantum Cloning and Finite Quantum de Finetti Theorems
This paper presents a series of results on the interplay between quantum estimation, cloning and finite de Finetti theorems. First, we consider the measure-and-prepare channel that uses optimal estimation to convert M copies into k approximate copies of an unknown pure state and we show that this channel is equal to a random loss of all but s particles followed by cloning from s to k copies. Wh...
